Grievances and Complaints

VSS take very seriously any issues related to unacceptable treatment of staff and ethical conduct. Should you have either a personal complaint as an Employee over harassment or unfair treatment or as an external party wish to report issues of concern please email which will be received by our Regional Director who is not based in South Sudan who will investigate.

You have the option of doing so anonymously however we would prefer the opportunity to communicate with you to get greater detail and to feedback to you on your complaint.

Complaints will receive an immediate acknowledgement and confirmation of a timeframe for review of the complaint

The complainant (employees and third-parties) will be protected against retaliation from making such reports.
